The department provides regular classrooms teaching pedagogy, flip class room methodology, activity based learning, independent experiential learning in fields of commerce and management.
The department works to develop responsible learners and researchers.

Aims and Objectives:
To provide students with a sound grounding in the fundamental principles and theories of Commerce and Management Science
To equip students with the skills necessary for the application of these principles and theories to real world business situation
To provide students with exposure to emerging trends and development in commerce and management science through guest lecture, PPT presentation, workshops, seminar and orientations
To provide a good foundation for students who plan to pursue professional courses like CA ICWA CFA ACS
To develop entrepreneurship and managerial skills in students to enable them to establish and manage their business establishment effectively
To facilitate students with skills and abilities to become competent and assured a good careers and job placement

Mr. Nitin Gaikwad has qualified the State Eligibility Test on 13th November 2019
Mr. Krushna Lagad has been clear Ph.D. Entrance Test in the year 2021
Mr. Kalyan Dhawle has awarded Master of Philosophy in September 2020.
Mr. Shaikh Imran Ismail has awarded Master of Philosophy in July 2019.
Mr. Sunil Waysal has been awarded University level National Service Scheme Program Officer for the year 2019-2020
Our 8 students are successfully completed FCA, 4 CMA, 150 students have passed their FCA, CMA foundation exam
One of our student Tejeswini Kendre BBA III 2021-2022 batches has got 1 National level and 19 State level awards in debate and oratory competition.
Our staff Mr. Abhijeet Ghodke has clear National Eligibility Test in Commerce in the year 2021
Staff attended workshop on Human Resource Enrichment on 9th December 2018 in Deogiri College, Aurangabad
Our student Ashwathy Nair won first prize and cash award of 25,000/- in The Most Promising Manager event organized by Nath School of Business and Technology, MGM, Aurangabad on 11th March 2023.
