The Training and Placement Cell (TPC) of SCCA acts as an interface between the institute and companies and maintains a symbiotic, vibrant, and purposeful relationship with the corporate world offering training programs and placement opportunities.

It conducted training programs for the students like 30 Days Youth Employability Training Program, Soft Skill Training Program, 40 Days Long Soft Skill Training Program, 40 Days Online Soft Skill Training Program.
The cell organized mock or demo interview training programs such as soft skills and interview skills, for enhancing soft skills & interview skills among the students. Efforts are made by the cell and each department to invite resource persons from different areas to get exact knowledge to the students for their development and growth in the future.
SCCA conducted 119 skill enhancement and capacity building programs for learners to promote their soft skills, employability skills, Language and communication skills, Life skills (Yoga, physical fitness, health and hygiene), and ICT skills:

- The computer science department organized 13 student training programs on “Use of Google Drive”, “Use of Google sheet” etc. for the development of soft skills.
- TPO conducted 11 soft skill/ communication skill and pre-placement programs for the enhancement of the soft skills of the learners and conducted ore than 600 placement camps.
- Career guidance and career counseling programs conducted: 119 with the participation of 8715 students.
- No. of soft skill training programs conducted: 41 with the participation of 1244 students.
